Shipping Charge and Time
- Standard Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $500. Processing time : 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) and Transit time: 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday).
- USPS: For shipping rates please check the checkout section. Processing time : 1-1 business days (Monday to Friday) and Transit time: 2-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- UPS: For shipping rates please check the checkout section. Processing time : 1-1 business days (Monday to Friday) and Transit time: 2-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery by the carrier within the estimated delivery time from the date of purchase. If an item is delivered, we will inform you immediately and use reasonable efforts to minimize the delay.
Shipping Method:
We mainly use USPS or UPS to ship your orders. Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider.
Order Tracking:
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers
Back Orders:
If an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Please call us for the information about shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Undeliverable Packages:
Suppose a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. In that case, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred when reshipping the package.
Worldwide Shipping:
Yes, we also provide worldwide shipping. For checking the shipping rate, please cheek the checkout page perfectly.
